Smoked Sausage with Pork & Beef


All of our sausage is really smoked, made fresh daily and flash-frozen for freshness.


Cooking Directions

Stove-top cooking instructions: Place sausage in a pot and fill with water until sausage is covered. Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Grill:  Pre-heat grill to medium heat.  Place sausage directly over heat. Cook on each side 5-6 minutes, turning to prevent burning.
