Cooking Directions
DO NOT THAW. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE. Due to variations in all microwave ovens and conventional ovens, heating times and/or temperatures may require adjustments. Internal temperatures of product should be 160°when fully cooked.
MICROWAVE HEATING INSTRUCTIONS (1000 Watt): 1. Remove bowl from carton. Cut a slit in center of film. 2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Remove from Microwave and carefully pull back film and stir (Note: Center may be frozen). Re-cover and continue cooking on High for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. 3. Carefully remove protective film (CAUTION: Product will be very hot!). Let stand 1 minute and stir before serving.
OVEN HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Please never put the plastic dish in the oven as it will melt and make the bowl and the it content not safe for consumption. What we would recommend is no actual cooking, just heating and stirring. Remove the frozen food out of the plastic container and place it into an oven safe glass casserole dish. Preheat oven to about 350˚F, and once it reached the desired temperature, put the dish in the oven. After 10 to 15 minutes, wearing protective gloves, take the glass dish out of the oven and stir up a little. Then, put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes. It may take significantly longer than in a microwave, but we can assure you that it will taste as just delicious as cooking in the microwave oven.
