The smoked sausages are then served alongside the mashed potatoes, creating a hearty and satisfying meal that is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. This dish can be enjoyed as a main course or as a side dish for a larger meal. – 4 smoked sausages
– 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped

– Salt and pepper to taste

1. Place the chopped potatoes in a large pot and cover them with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.

4. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and return them to the pot. Add the milk, butter, salt, and pepper, and mash the potatoes until they are smooth and creamy.

5. Serve the smoked sausages alongside the mashed potatoes.

Optional: You can also add some sautéed onions and garlic to the sausages for added flavor. Enjoy!
